Fall 2019 Registration Is Open!
To register, click the Registration tab above right

Financial Assistance Available
We welcome all players regardless of income.
You can request a scholarship when you register.

Registration Tips:
1.  Affinity Username and Password. You should already have an Affinity username and password if your child played spring soccer in 2019. If not, you will need to create them with Affinity to proceed. This is a new system this year for Ballard Soccer.
2.  Birth Certificate or Passport Required. You are required upload a PDF copy of your child's birth certificate or passport at registration to confirm your players age.  A player cannot be placed on a team without this.
3.  Medical Release Form. You are required to complete a Medical Release and Waiver form. Please have your players primary care physician information available when you register.
4.  Requesting a Team or Coach. Ballard uses a "Return to Team" model, which means that you may request that your child be placed last year's team. We can only guarantee placement on your previous team if you register by June 12, 2019.
